Trois Bon makes artisanally crafted salted caramel products in the heart of Collingwood. Trois Bon came to life when a Swiss-native, Florian, found himself in the enchanting south-east region of France at a bustling market and stumbled upon a jar of salted caramel. “I was instantly hooked…,” he remembers. Once the jar was empty, he searched for an alternative but couldn’t find one he liked. Unwilling to settle, Florian embarked on a cooking journey to recreate the sauce. Now living in Melbourne, Trois Bon create two products; ‘Salted Caramel’ and ‘Caramelized Pecans with Sea Salt’ using all Australian ingredients.
