Once the jar was empty, he searched for an alternative but couldn’t find one he liked. Unwilling to settle, Florian embarked on a cooking journey to recreate the sauce. Now living in Melbourne, Trois Bon create two products; ‘Salted Caramel’ and ‘Caramelized Pecans with Sea Salt’ using all Australian ingredients.
