Highland Heritage
Highland heritage vineyard and cellar door is a genuine cool climate vineyard, 890 meters above sea level and now a 4th generation owned family business established in 1985. Prior to purchasing the vineyard in 1991, the Daquino family (current owners), have been making wine in Orange since 1946. Located on 125 hectares, 3kms east of city, the vineyard is currently planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Riesling, Shiraz, Prosecco and Cabernet Franc. The grape growing season in October in April. Harvest of our grapes usually starts in mid/late March to late April. Enjoy modern air conditioned facilities and unique award winning wines.

Bruny Island Beer Co. are brewers making craft beer guided by Tasmania’s seasons and locally grown ingredients. Their beers follow an unconventional path, shaped by the region and the materials available. Like their cheese, their beer is an artisanal product that reflects seasonal variation. As makers, their focus is on expressing the best qualities of each ingredient. Production is always small, reflecting the variability of season and supply.
Haddow + Dineen
Haddow + Dineen are winemakers growing and making wine from vineyards in Tasmania’s north and south. Their wines reflect the places they are grown, and the seasons that shape them. They work with fruit from a small vineyard at Yorktown and an older site at Sorell. As collaborative and considered makers, their approach is guided by careful decisions in both vineyard and winery. Lloyd and Sarah are two Victorians who chased their dream, leaving Melbourne for the Barossa Valley, a region they had long loved. Genista is a small-batch, hands-on producer, crafting wines from fruit they grow themselves across two vineyard blocks of Shiraz and survivor-vine Grenache.

Chateau Tanunda
Château Tanunda, icon of the Barossa, was established in 1890 and is the site of some of the Barossa Valley’s first vines planted, as well as its first winery. Today, they continue their legacy of winemaking, alongside the estate’s Italian-inspired farmhouse tasting room and restaurant, which offers a warm and inviting space where guests can enjoy seasonal, locally sourced dishes designed for sharing.
