Pāli was born in a remote village in Myanmar. In awe of the Burmese people and their traditional weaving methods, mother-daughter duo Cass and Maggie's collaboration began. Now, 8 years later, Cass and Maggie support three villages in Myanmar, a village in the Philippines and a village in Java, Indonesia.
Cass and Maggie closely with their local guides and interpreters, who have enabled them to interact and trade directly and ethically with the villagers to bring their craft to the world. Baskets and bags are all individually handwoven from upcycled and recycled plastics.
