Founded in 2023, SOLBEVI is an Australian-born beverage brand shaking up the drinks scene with freshness, flair, and authentic flavour. They pioneered the world’s first canned Limoncello Spritz — a sparkling twist on tradition — alongside their smoother, lower-ABV Limoncello Liqueur. Brogan’s Way is a boutique distillery producing locally made spirits and liqueurs. A small family owned business, imagined, foundered, operated and managed by a daughter and father team. Since opening just six years ago, the hand crafted spirits crafted by Brogan have won over 48 awards both locally and internationally. Her unique range of creations include multiple expressions of whisky, gin, vodka and liqueurs that all hero locally sourced produce to create distinct flavour profiles that delight the drinker and can be enjoyed anytime.

Kabina Distilling Company is an innovative Melbourne based distillery specialising in making rakija, a grape based brandy widely consumed across southern Europe. All their products use quality Australian shiraz grapes, double distilled and then filtered for exceptional smoothness. They have two different styles of spirit, which creates the Kabina and Ezevo brands. Our premium Kabina range is a bold reimagining of the grape based rakija approach for a nuanced drinking experience. We have specifically tailored the profile to make it more approachable. It can also be used in mixed drinks and cocktails. Ezevo is more classical. It’s a smooth refined spirit that uses modern techniques to deliver a bold, traditional taste.

The Timboon railway shed distillery is situated 15 minutes inland from the famous 12 apostles on the great ocean road. The family owned and run distillery is renowned for its small batch, hand crafted, single malt whisky. They also produce a range of spirits on site including Gin, Rum, Coffee cream and salted caramel liqueurs.

Producing only 400 bottles at a time, North of Eden Artisan Distillery is a tiny and independent family-run distillery located on a small farm on the Sapphire Coast of NSW.

Sustainability and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything they do. Their spirits are consciously crafted using as much locally available and seasonal produce as possible, including juniper grown less than 100 kilometres from the distillery, along with citrus and botanicals cultivated on-site.
