Pietro Lab exists to produce artisanal goodies that are so delicious they’ll make your pantry blush.
They make their products in-house using all natural ingredients, without any extra flavourings or stabilisers and source almost all of their nuts from Australian farms.
Highland heritage vineyard and cellar door is a genuine cool climate vineyard, 890 meters above sea level and now a 4th generation owned family business established in 1985. Prior to purchasing the vineyard in 1991, the Daquino family (current owners), have been making wine in Orange since 1946. Located on 125 hectares, 3kms east of city, the vineyard is currently planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Riesling, Shiraz, Prosecco and Cabernet Franc. The grape growing season in October in April. Harvest of our grapes usually starts in mid/late March to late April. Enjoy modern air conditioned facilities and unique award winning wines.
