Whether you're on foot, cycling or using public transport, getting to The Little Food Market is easy. Carriageworks is located in a residential area at 245 Wilson Street, Eveleigh. We strongly recommend arriving by public transport or rideshare as there is extremely limited on-street parking.

There are two entry points to the Carriageworks precinct: via the stairs/ramp at 245 Wilson Street or via Carriageworks Way. Entry to The Little Food Market is through Carriageworks' main doors at 245 Wilson Street. View google map »

Public transport options

Carriageworks is easily accessible by train. Walk eight minutes from Redfern Station, ten minutes from Macdonaldtown Station or 15 minutes from Newtown Station. The closest station to Carriageworks is Redfern Station.
Bus routes 422, 423, 426, 428, 370, 352 stop on City Road at Codrington Street, a five-minute walk from Carriageworks. Find further information on buses here.

Getting there by car

If you are planning to sample alcohol, we encourage travelling by public transport or taxi/rideshare services. Please don't drink and drive.

Limited on-site parking is available at the end of Carriageworks Way. Enter via 229 Wilson Street.

Additional parking may be available at the Shepherd Street car park and South Eveleigh, 2 Central Avenue, a 15-minute walk to Carriageworks via the Redfern footbridge and Little Eveleigh Street. For more details, visit the South Eveleigh website.
