Hobart Whisky promotes that the unique climate of Tasmania, which contributes to the liquor being as beautifully tasting as it is. Combined with the pristine and locally sourced ingredients of Tasmania that Hobart Whisky utilises, the brand is a snapshot of what Tasmania has to offer.

Sorry Nonna
Pasta has lost its sauce… and Sorry Nonna are here to change that. Much like their Nan’s living room, pasta sauce hasn’t changed much since the ’80s. It’s become stale and uninspired, with the same old aesthetics, lacking unique flavours and wrapped in boring plastic with stories about the old country. Until Lachlan and Grga stole Nonna’s recipe, spiced it, and created modern pasta sauces with a bit of edge. They’re pushing flavours by raiding the liquor cabinet, fusing unique ingredients from around the world, and mixing them with the classics - all while refusing to take themselves too seriously. Their signature Gochujang Arrabbiata and zesty Limoncello Marinara are just the beginning.
