Hosted by Tawnya Bahr, Group Executive Chef, and co-founder of Straight To The Source and Lucy Allon, former award-winning restaurateur and co-founder of Straight To The Source, The Stage is where chefs, producers and flavour-makers share their skills, stories and secrets. Expect fresh pasta demos, wine pairings, and the art of a great cheeseboard.
