Hobart Whisky has been in operation for 13 years and was one of the first 12 distilleries established in Australia. The brand began as a passion project of the Caccavo family, who wanted to capture their love of Tasmania and showcase just how spectacular alcoholic spirits are from the island. Hobart Whisky promotes that the unique climate of Tasmania, which contributes to the liquor being as beautifully tasting as it is. Combined with the pristine and locally sourced ingredients of Tasmania that Hobart Whisky utilises, the brand is a snapshot of what Tasmania has to offer.

Last St Brewery in Beechworth is one of Australia’s oldest beverage manufacturers. Last St have lovingly restored the brewery building at 29 Last St, Beechworth, where they continue to produce drinks and welcome visitors.
