Hobart Whisky has been in operation for 13 years and was one of the first 12 distilleries established in Australia. The brand began as a passion project of the Caccavo family, who wanted to capture their love of Tasmania and showcase just how spectacular alcoholic spirits are from the island. Hobart Whisky promotes that the unique climate of Tasmania, which contributes to the liquor being as beautifully tasting as it is.
