Macquariedale Organic Wines
Macquariedale Organic Wines is located in the cool-climate wine region of Orange, NSW. The winery produces a broad range of handcrafted, certified organic wines, specialising in award-winning Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Shiraz. Philip Shaw Wines
Across two vineyard sites straddling 900 metres above sea level, Philip Shaw Wines occupies some of the highest, coolest terroir in Australian viticulture. Chocolate in a Bottle is a truly unique, luxurious sparkling wine experience — a premium French Blanc de Blancs infused with the essence of dark Belgian chocolate. Crystal clear like Champagne, the moment the bottle is opened it captivates the senses with an indulgent chocolate aroma, while remaining surprisingly refreshing, smooth, sophisticated, and beautifully balanced on the palate, finishing like a beautiful premium wine.
Highland Heritage
Highland heritage vineyard and cellar door is a genuine cool climate vineyard, 890 meters above sea level and now a 4th generation owned family business established in 1985. Prior to purchasing the vineyard in 1991, the Daquino family (current owners), have been making wine in Orange since 1946. Located on 125 hectares, 3kms east of city, the vineyard is currently planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Riesling, Shiraz, Prosecco and Cabernet Franc. The grape growing season in October in April. Harvest of our grapes usually starts in mid/late March to late April. Enjoy modern air conditioned facilities and unique award winning wines.

Haddow + Dineen
Haddow + Dineen are winemakers growing and making wine from vineyards in Tasmania’s north and south. Their wines reflect the places they are grown, and the seasons that shape them. They work with fruit from a small vineyard at Yorktown and an older site at Sorell. As collaborative and considered makers, their approach is guided by careful decisions in both vineyard and winery. Production is always small, reflecting site and season.

Lloyd and Sarah are two Victorians who chased their dream, leaving Melbourne for the Barossa Valley, a region they had long loved. Genista is a small-batch, hands-on producer, crafting wines from fruit they grow themselves across two vineyard blocks of Shiraz and survivor-vine Grenache.
