Sporadical City Mushrooms
Sporadical City Mushrooms is a female-led Melbourne mushroom farm founded in 2018 with a vision to grow delicious, sustainable mushrooms for the local community.
Starting in a small inner-city rental, the farm has since grown into a year-round urban operation using repurposed shipping containers by Darebin Creek in Alphington. Its modular farming approach enables the production of gourmet mushrooms with zero waste and no chemicals, making the most of small, under-utilised urban spaces.

ACIDE™
ACIDE™ was founded by Jon Bussell after a pivot from charcuterie to pickling during COVID. What started as small-batch production quickly grew into a bold, flavour-led range of pickles and ferments made to bring balance, acid, and excitement to everyday food. ACIDE™ focuses on quality ingredients, low-waste practices, and distinct flavour profiles—from deeply sour to sweet and umami-driven. All products are made in Melbourne and designed to elevate meals rather than simply sit on the side.
