Imbue Distillery was founded by two couples - Mel and Mick, Nikki and Luke - bringing over 60 years of combined experience across Melbourne’s bakeries, catering, and hatted restaurants. The distillery crafts spirits rich in flavour and story, carefully sourcing a mix of locally abundant botanicals alongside obscure and exotic ingredients to create both new and nostalgic experiences. Bee Kool Honey
From humble beginnings on a small hobby farm along the Goulburn River, Bee Kool Honey has grown into a producer of premium, cold-pressed, raw honey rich in full-bodied flavour. Today, they specialise in a range of creamed honey varieties designed to delight every taste bud, all while staying true to their passion for sustainable beekeeping practices and products.
Axil
Founded by the husband and wife duo David & Zoe, Axil Coffee was established in 2010 and has since grown to become a leading destination for specialty coffee in Melbourne.
The roots of Axil can be traced back to Hawthorn, where the inaugural cafe is situated on Burwood Road, which also housed the roastery.
Schulz Organic Dairy
Schulz Organic Dairy is a family-owned, single-herd organic dairy farm in Timboon on the Great Ocean Road in south-west Victoria. For three generations, the Schulz family has produced small-batch dairy from their own herd of around 450 Friesian and Jersey cows, ensuring full traceability from paddock to plate. Certified organic and guided by regenerative farming practices, our girls carry the coveted A2 protein and graze certified organic pastures. We create real dairy, bottling and packaging on farm with minimal intervention. Low-and-slow pasteurisation preserves flavour and seasonality in our yogurt, quark, cream, butters, and unhomogenised milk. Ocean Road Abalone is grown on the wild southwest coast of Victoria, where pristine Southern Ocean water flows through our farm near Port Fairy. Founded 30 years ago by local abalone divers, we produce premium Australian Tiger Abalone, raised sustainably from hatchery to harvest. Our abalone is carefully nurtured through its full lifecycle, delivering exceptional texture, flavour and consistency. Our range includes live, canned and ready-to-serve retort abalone, offering versatility for chefs, wholesalers and home cooks alike. The Timboon railway shed distillery is situated 15 minutes inland from the famous 12 apostles on the great ocean road. The family owned and run distillery is renowned for its small batch, hand crafted, single malt whisky.
