Circulus Wine is a regeneratively and sustainably farmed single vineyard on the Bellarine Peninsula that produces cool-climate, maritime-influenced Chardonnay, Fumé Blanc, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc. This family-owned and operated vineyard is located on the Bellarine Peninsula over an ancient seabed and surrounded by water on all sides, with the Southern Ocean, Port Phillip Bay, and Corio Bay framing our position. The Circulus minimal intervention philosophy extends from vineyard to cellar, allowing the vines and each vintage to express themselves authentically under the guidance of vigneron John White.
