Sebby's Scrolls
Founded by husband-and-wife team Sebastian and Annabelle during the 2020–21 lockdowns, Sebbys Scrolls has grown from a personal project into a thriving operation, now producing Melbourne’s best cinnamon scrolls. What began in their home kitchen has expanded into a large-scale production, with the team baking over 6,000-7,000 scrolls each week.

Backpacking around Australia in 2006, we could find a decent British Pork Pie 'for love nor money' and so we decided to get into the business of "Making What we Miss". Today we use nose to tail of the Pig to make the products we missed from home. We use Free Range Pork, Local Australian ingredients, and a pinch of culinary flair to make magnificent British Foods.
